Stop dog meat trade

This slaughter house restaurants must be forced to closed if they don't take dogs off the menu ! Purposely the Chinese traders and chefs work together to just kill all walking dogs on the streets and many have infection and heart worm and cancer so how come this is allowed to go on ?

The dog and cat meat trade is horrific in its brutality towards the animals, many of whom are stolen pets. Some of these countries that practice this actually have laws against it but which aren't enforced. Other countries such as China dont' even have such laws. The U.S. government should take the official position of urging all countries to outlaw this brutal trade and to enforce existing laws against it. This is bipartisan, so ALL U.S. congressmen should cosponsor H.Res401 so this bill won't stall.
