Ridiculous. I paid them for a service I didnt get. Refund my fee since you guys messed up big time.
Two months is way to long. We have bills to pay and they are just sitting on our money like it aint nothing. Give us our money back!
My refund has been delayed for weeks and nobody at the office can even give me a straight answer. So frustrated right now.
They got paid on time but cant provide the service. That is total bs.
Total incompetence. Never using this service again.

seriously?? 600,000 people and they are treating it like some small glitch. pay us back for the fees at least.
