The House of Delegates finally acknowledged our sovereignty and moved to stop federal overreach. Washington needs to understand that Virginia is not a colony to be ordered around. Keep your eyes open because we expect them to try this control game again.
We, the undersigned residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, do hereby support the passage of House Resolution No. 61 and its Patrons-- Peace, Fralin, Byron, Cline, Cole, Gilbert, Landes, Lingamfelter, Marshall, R.G., Morgan, Ware, R.L. and Wright.
We demand that it be RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, that the Congress of the United States be urged to honor state sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. The Commonwealth of Virginia hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States. The Commonwealth by this resolution serves notice to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers. Further, the Commonwealth urges that all compulsory federal legislation that directs states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties or sanctions or requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding shall be prohibited or repealed.
We are grinding toward one hundred signatures and the federal bureaucrats in Washington need to see that Virginia is fed up with their overreach. Blast this link to your contacts right now because we need to hit our goal before the establishment ignores us again.

This is necessary to all freeman to repopulate the Sovereign State to reclaim our De Jure elective franchise status as state/national citizens and not as a Statutory U.S. Citizen De Facto under the U.C.C. legal fiction corporate person inc

If the feds want to keep taxing us they should start following the actual constitution for once. VA needs to lead the charge.
