HR1585 will help parents, sisters, brothers, and wives send care packages to our troops at no postage cost. The bill needs to be ammended by the senate. Right now they want to pass the bill for one care package at $9 every 2 months for free. Hello!!! I send 10 packages a week. Next to a rifle the soldiers best friend is the postman. My son is over there and is asking for sox, underware, antibacterial wipes and snacks. What is the government doing Please sign this petition to make our senators ammend and pass this bill.
