Never penalise the right to celebrate marriage by cutting support.

Medical care is a human right, as defined and point out by Senator Cabello in her induction to this bill pointed out which is even recognized by the UN, yet still our laws see as subhuman in many ways how our income can take away our rights because of how we still handled Social Security and access to healthcare for all disabled folks. Disabled folks deserve the same rights to happiness, this law fixes something that still needs to be fixed at a federal level so I urge you to back this bill in anyway you can, as those disabled folks like myself born into the disabled life never experienced what abled life is, and the thing fixed by this law will relieve struggles many like myself worry over everyday.

I also am married to a person with disabilities and not only did his monthly income get eliminated, the SSI is making him pay back $13,000 that we don’t have.

I am an adult disabled child, I am so in love with my childhood love. However, I can not afford to loose my Medicare insurance and the benefits my father worked so hard to provide for me. We do desperately want to be married for moral and spiritual reasons.

it is important that people with disabilities be entitled to happiness without the threat of losing their SSI and medicaid.
