Howell Residents AGAINST the Rezoning of Howell Township Property Known as Block 135 Lot 26 From HD-1 to RMLD-2.

By signing this petition, I agree that the rezoning of Howell Township Property located at Block 135 Lot 26 (West Farms Road) is NOT in the best interest of the residents that reside in Howell Township.

I also do not agree with council’s agreement to accept payments in lieu of taxes for this property which is owned by Rabbi Isreal Mayer Hacohen Rabbinical Seminary of America, a New York Religion Corporation and being leased to Howell Family Apartments, LLC a wholly owned affiliate of a Walters Group.

I am asking the Howell Township Council to vote AGAINST Ordinances No. 0-15-40 and 0-15-41 at the

Howell Township Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2015 and work with the residents

to design a better affordable housing plan that will meet the needs of our community.
