We, the undersigned, believe that it is long overdue for FOX to have strong late night talk shows to go up against NBC, CBS, & ABC. We believe Howard Stern would be a perfect choice to host a late night show, the set could be similar to his old "Channel 9"/ETV/CBS show. FOX could just film in his Sirius/XM studio, which would keep production costs down. If there is room, an audience could be brought in to add to the atmosphere Stern has created. 'The Adam Carolla Podcast' would be a great show to follow 'Up Late With Howard Stern',
