How very true! There needs to be more done to help people switch off from their devices and social media. In addition to ‘Earth Hour’ we need ‘Technology Hour’ where we turn off our devices and make extra effort to connect with family and friends through eye contact, conversation and fun!

Well done on the research, totally agree with the negative impacts of the technology and it’s vital to understand and limit the usage.
I think it looks like we can live without food and water for a day but not without our smartphones.
Before the technology takes us over let us make some course correction and live with our society physically not virtually.
