This his a horrible and shameful incident. The person guilty for this has to undergo severe punishment by law. Where is the safety of our children now? I have a duaghter and now I am scared as hell about her future.

The Driver and the lady who took the baby to driver has to be punished. The school authority has to be warned and the school license has to be cancelled. God should give strength to the little one and her family.
