I would rather be Illegally healthy than legally poisoned with medications that cause more long term harm than good, we have the evidence on Cannabis, it is in abundance of how good Cannabis is to MS as well as many many other Medical problems people face daily.
Michelle and others like her should never have to suffer this indignity, pain and suffering and out right failed laws based on ideology not empirical fact.

To the Judge on this case, please make sure you tell the Jury of it's obligations and also to tell them that if they feel prosecution and a criminal record as well as putting her back into a wheelchair is going to do more harm than good, and that they have the power to throw it out of court, so whom ever the Judge is, please stick to your Oath of Office and make sure the Jury has all the facts of their rights and powers... this is shameful and these Drug Laws need changing and Michelle case should be thrown out of court with no costs attached or a criminal record.. do the right thing and show some compassion to the people that suffer BAD LAW.

UK judges do not follow the word of God. They will be judged for not letting 'everyone' have the gifts, food and medicine He gave us 'all'. The judges even make people swear on the Bible when the Bible tells you not to. Evil beings hurting, harming, starving, poisoning and 'murdering' people and life every day (legally?)!!!

It is completely in-humane to dent people access to cheap effecrive medicine due to lies, prejudice and stigma. Cannabis is proven to be safer than most pharmaceutical drugs out there.

Don't accept there punishment when they or if they do sentence you don't accept it say you want to go to the UK supreme Court. Good luck Michelle I'm with you all the way xx DON'T ACCEPT THERE PUNISHMENT CANNABIS IS THE SAFEST MEDICINE IN THE WORLD

This is injustice any one who has a medical condition and use cannabis to treat there conditions should be allowed to grow, consumine cannabis in the privacy of there own home

Cannabis is illegal because of the risk of psychosis? Well cbd is an antipsychotic, that is a proven fact so the only problem is lack of cbd not "too much thc" ms responds well to equal thc/cbd and equal ratio strains exist now-look up 'cbd crew'-legalize with a minimum cbd content and there will be no problems, and now that we know about cbd-there really isn't any argument against decriminalization

Please do not condemn someone who has a disease that can treated comfortably with the use of a therapeutic plant. Scientific studies show that cannabis is an asset for many people who are ill.

The proof is out there in plain sight unless you live in a cave. I have friends who suffer from this and many other debilitating diseases and the only truly effective medicine is a plant which been wrongly scheduled as a drug through 'according to a recent UN meeting in New York' dubious circumstances. It is immoral to convict someone who self medicate with the only effective means available. The fact that it is a plant which can be easily grown without harming anybody should be enough to end this immoral law and allow people to help themselves and others to live a normal, pain and symptom relieved lifestyle.
