CASE NUMBER: P.D. 06-314CC DEVELOPMENT NAME: LEE LINE FARMS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT LOCATION: Northwest corner of Houston Levee Road and Macon Road APPLICANT: Wal-Mart Stores REPRESENTATIVE: Carlson Consulting Engineer EXISTING ZONING: Currently governed by P.D. 06-314CC REQUEST: Site Plan Approval for a Wal-Mart Super Center consisting of 176,305 square feet of floor area PROPERTY SIZE: 26.87 Acres Major complaints: 825 parking spaces with no more than two lane roads entering or exiting the property. Land backs up to family-friendly neighborhood and Macon-Hall Elementary School. Parents are concerned about increased traffic around the school and safety of the children in an already overcongested area.
