Bad bill as dogs can’t tell property lines and are unstoppable when on track

A dog chasing game can not stop at a property Line! The owner needs to be able to go and retrieve their Hound!

This law is unjust Dogs cannot see borders

I support hound hunting and this bill needs to be dropped.It will ruin hunting heritage with hounds.

Hunting with hounds is important to our state!

This is absurd. The handler/owner of the dog has no control of where the hound will end up. Therefore punishing the owner of the dog for that will end coonhunting in general. Therefore making the lawabiding citizens that continue criminals.

I’m against this new bill

When livestock is getting killed by coyotes, the most effective way to eliminate the problem coyote(s) is by hunting them with hounds. When calves or sheep get killed, the first calls made are to people with hounds. Hunters willing help landowners and livestock owners when issues with coyotes occur, and it is a very common issue in our area. Please consider the livestock producers and the service these hunters provide, please do NOT pass this bill. The coyote population will explode if it is not controlled and hunting with hounds is the most effective way to control them.

This bill is bad for farmers as predators will injure and kill young livestock more and more often taking money directly out of our farmers pockets!!

It's been an American tradition of running dogs since the birth of our country, even George Washington had running dogs.

This is a terrible bill for the sport.

This hobby isn’t just that, but a lifestyle & a living to most individuals involved.

Please consider the wants of the many.....not the few. Houndsmen have hunted with dogs for hundreds of years, please say no to this proposed bill.

Please don’t kill our sport. Our hounds are a way of life. We strive to be responsible and respect land owners. Please don’t let a few bad apples ruin it for the rest of us!
