Hey DC Comics, Do the right thing. Once the current Miniseries is complete, we need a regular title. While Kelley Jones is beyond fantastic the next man up should be the dynamic Kyle Hotz. His art, especially in the horror genre, is second to none. You want to make money off the book and the fans want the best product by selecting Kyle to be a regular artist on Swampy, It is a win win. I'm starting this petition to show the powers that be at DC that we, the fans know what we want and it comes from the dynamic brush strokes of Mr. Hotz. A match made in heaven or rather in this case a match made in the muck. Let's get this done!

The momentum behind this request for Kyle Hotz to illustrate Swamp Thing is truly remarkable. It is clear that the artistic vision he brings to the horror genre resonates deeply with so many readers.

Kyle is an incredible artist and deserves to be on Swamp Thing or any other title as a matter of fact. VERY hard working and ALWAYS on time with his deadlines. This man has a stellar reputation for producing high quality artwork and has delivered amazing artwork since the early 90's. Bob Harras, Jim Lee, Dan Didio, Bobbie Chase, Mark Chiarello and Swamp Thing editor Rebecca Taylor......all of you guys who are in control up there at DC... I'm talking to you!!! Get this man on this book or a horror/monster related book IMMEDIATELY. If you don't do this, you're doing a disservice to not only your fans but your company as well. PUT KYLE HOTZ ON SWAMP THING OR A SIMILAR TITLE NOW!!!!! He deserves it and the fans deserve to see it happen!!!!
Whoever drew that picture of Swamp Thing at the top of the page needs to be drawing more pictures of Swamp Thing. Apparently it's a guy named Kyle Hotz. Make it happen DC!
Kyle would bring out and add to the currently established otherworldly and unsettling feel that I love about Swamp Thing. This is one of those books that should not swim along upstream with the rest of comic standard faire, it needs to butt against the "norm" and set a new standard of "alternative". I think Kyle has the skills to bring that to the table. Thanks.
Wrightson would be proud to have mr. Hotz do swamp thing.this would be the right swamp thing to do.
He would be a great successor to Kelley Jones. It looks like a toned down version of Jones. Not as exaggerated.

Kyle's mastery of contrast, brush work, and dynamic composition is a perfect match for Swamp Thing. Stylistically his work is compatible with, but not derivative of Jones's work and would make a great continuation of the current style.
