This petition, signed by automobile enthusiasts from throughout the State of Maine do hereby request and demand the protection of the law, to be passed by the legislators, that any citizen of Maine involved in the restoration or building of any automobile may collect, hold, keep, store on their property any and all parts or parts vehicles for the purpose of restoration of any vehicle, to protect the rights of all auto enthusiasts in the state of Maine; and to prevent the misuse and abuse of Rule 80K by municipalities. That any resident of Maine shall have these rights in accordance with the God-given rights of all people to have the liberty to pursue happiness in any fashion that does not infringe on the rights of others, without bias and without penalty.
