Constant price rise, food shocking never hot, no variety, no empathy towards guests just always about host making money instead of making customers happy!

Very disappointed this is the second rise in less than 6months . The problem most people got is there is not a lot of places to rent in area so you got no choice than the camp.

There is no justification of the price increase? Fridges and microwaves should be allowed in rooms for those not wishing to eat in the canteen. They tell us we can’t have them because of electricity, but I feel it’s so we eat in the canteen. The canteen offers wide range of foods but no great healthy options.

I've stayed on both campuses for coming up to two years when I arrived the the the staff have always been good the the food on the other hand has gone the other way. Your not allowed a fridge in the room but now at a cost of 1 pound a day you can have a carmpartment oof a fridge. Carparking was free now 1 pound per day when we were came of furlough every body parked at sedge Moor like liviving on the M25 but now an price increase.

How can they justify the price increase the internet is absolutely rubbish , foods diabolical and always have been , the TVs block your access to the adult channels the bedsheets are always dirty and stained, the towels are rough on your skin. Not good service at all

2years ago the price for the campus was £19 BBD it's going up to £42 for BBD shocking that the campus is run as a profit making business and not just a service to the workforce.

I don’t understand how they can charge these prices for a basic room and the expect people to buy food out of the canteen aswell.

Disgusted with such a high price hike per day. Isn’t this supposed to attract workers from across the country and Europe and enable them to support there families. Now it’s all about the profit with a possible £28.00 per week price hike and £112 per month. Is the food going up as well? Already pay for parking as well so what’s next? Stayed at Hinkley Campus whilst working on site. Now may have to travel daily from Exmouth which massively increases my carbon footprint. They don’t seem to think about this just profitable.

The prices that they are charging now compared to when the Hinkley campus first opened is an absolute disgrace and something needs to be done about it

This is meant to be affordable accommodation for the employees, not a way of making money out of them. We still have mortgages ect to pay back home, this is like a second mortgage now.
I can't believe what they are trying charge for a room with a tv in it. I could rent a house for less.

If your not happy you don’t have to stay, this was the response from staff on the issue of the price hike. To start with the room is cleaned once instead of twice, I would have thought cleanliness paramount in covid times. The bars shut no gym, food bad since the take over, the only saving grace is the price and convenience to bus access. I complained time again about noise in the beer garden , staff allowing drunks to play noisy games till all hours. It goes against site slogan a good nights sleep a good nights work. The parking is a joke, I have to park on the pavement as there’s no parking, then they have the Gaul to barrage you with emails to move immediately. I have stayed in this hotel for a year and a half and have seen the slow demise of what was a great place to stay. Covid hasn’t helped but the price hike is a joke, and obviously a desperate attempt to claw back some money. I wake at 4.50am for the start of my work day and arrive home at 7pm a long day however I’m prepared to move out and start my day even earlier as this rise in price is daylight robbery, and where will it end. Very disappointed
