To Fairfield City Council
The local community and members of Horsley Park United Soccer Club wish to point out that the lighting at the Horsley Park Reserve is in need of Upgrading as in its current condition it causes a situation unsafe to our members as there is a significant amount of the area that is not covered for appropriate illumination (50Lux) that is the minimum standard for football training .
We request that Fairfield City Council look into the upgrade of the lighting to show that they have a duty of care towards its community and the users of the facility
