The first horse slaughterhouse (in the states) in years has been given the legal opportunity to reopen as soon as Spring of 2012. In 2007 the last slaughter house was shut down and merely 5 years later the killings are presumed to begin again. Even though congress has already made their decision, we, the people of Montana can do our best to put a stop to this heartless plan.
