Horrible Customer Service at Sears

Over the past two years my experience with Sears has been horrible. It first started when I ordered Boots online. It took me 3 months to receive the correct brand and size of boot I ordered. That includes me physically going into the store to return them twice due to wrong shipping. The second time I returned them it was implied that it was my fault. The second time I called I left a message with their 1-800 # with no return back, the third time I called I got the run around. A couple months later I bought a Fridge with zero percent interest and realized a couple months after I bought the fridge that I was being charged interest the whole time. When we called they said they couldn't correct it because it was too late and I should have noticed right away . The third time was this past Sunday and it went WAY TO FAR. I had bought a grill on Saturday. In Sunday's paper it was on sale. Also we ordered the grill online for in store pick up and along with the grill we ordered a grill cover , which they gave us the wrong size. So Sunday morning I went to Sears to get the sale price and the right size grill cover. The sales associate was very nice and helpful. He was having trouble with the transaction so he called his Manager over. The sales associate explained the situation , it seemed like the Manager was also having trouble with the transaction. After everything was said and done the Manager walked away. I noticed they didn't take my coupon since it was sitting in the same spot on the counter. I asked the sales associate if the manager took my coupon and he said No I don't think so. The manager was about 5 feet away and I said..I had a coupon and you didn't take it off. His exact words were " What's the problem, I gave you the grill cover for free" I said..OH...ok..thanks you didn't tell me you gave it to me for free. His exact works again (although this time more rude) was "Whats the problem I gave it to you for free" . After the second time he rudely said this my mouth dropped. I said there isn't a problem, I didn't know you gave it to me for free, you didn't tell me that. Again...and more rudely he said "Whats the problem I gave it to you for free" I was so UPSET. I said what is your problem? Again he said the SAME phrase to me. So I began to tell him his customer service sucked...he cut me off and repeated the same phrase. I said..ok I have had enough I'm leaving...his response...Ok Bye. I am not a crier. I cried the whole way home.He upset me so much. We need to change how Sears treats their customers. PLEASE HELP ME AN SIGN . Btw...I went to Sears in the Mckinley Mall...the Manager was in the Lawn & Garden Section. His name is Terry. Just in case you happen to run into him.
