This e-petition is intended to show our opposition to recent plans by Yorkshire Wolds and Coast Primary Care Trust to close the 12-bed inpatient ward at Hornsea Cottage Hospital. Once we have collected enough signatures (300) we intend to present this petition electronically to the government and request a formal response - that is why we need to ask for your address.
