Why close and leave many communities stranded !! I’m sure this LCBO is profitable so let’s keep the jobs too !

Let's start investing in the north instead of ramping it of the very few resources they have left. Let's declare the north a hands off zone for wannabe politicians.

Makes absolutely no sense to close Hornepaynes LCBO. Remote communities such as this have no options. Ontario Government is way off base with this decision. Please reconsider what you doing. Decisions made by politicians in southern Ontario have no idea what life is like for people in remote areas of the north. If you claim to listen to the people then listen to this & reverse what you have done to this community. It makes no sense.

Small northern communities need these business to help attract and keep people and tourism. This closure is a total negative impact on our already struggling community.

Small towns matter in this country and a provincially funded LCBO should be inclusive of all Ontarians - and especially ALL Northern Ontarians who are part of our wonderful Ontario!

Closing this store would greatly effect our town. We are isolated and dont have towns close by. I personally believe that closing our LCBO put our town at risk for more break ins/ stealing, as well as car accidents due to people driving in winter months to get alcohol.

As citizens of Hornepayne, we’ve lost more than enough Businesses as it is, and every time that happens, it erodes our Tax Base, and we have to pick up the shortfall and pay more taxes. Enough is enough.

This is not the right move on the Governments part to help support the economy in the future of small towns in the North . Hornepayne needs to stay alive, don't be trying to kill it by taking away some of the economy. The MPs of the North Better step up to the plate and fight for this little community that is so full of love and hope. There are LCBOs on every corner of any city in Ontario, close one or maby two of those to save your money. Come on!!! support and help this town survive.

Hi I’m not from Hornepayne but I am from a small town also, and I would hate to Lose another store, having a liquor store is a way for many people to socialize and have get together/parties. Now by possibly closing yet another store in a small town, means more job losses and that’s a shame !!!
