I just found out about this series and I can't believe you didn't finish it! Hurry before it's too late! Don't leave Horatio hanging in unhappiness with Maria!!!
You're telling me Hornblower isn't affordable, but Michael Bay and others keep getting money thrown at them to make avoidable crap. God forbid, something with quality acting, costumes, sets and storylines gets produced. We're running out of time to do this with Gruffudd - please let us not miss this opportunity...
A&E used to mean Arts & Entertainment, a true competitor to WGBH and PBS and there was no better example than Hornblower. Come on, A&E, lift yourselves up from the sewer.

The original series was amazing, and had me hooked right from the get go. I loved Ioan Gruffudd in this series and in FOREVER, which sadly wasn't appreciated either by the public. Please consider bringing it back - this one is WORTH IT!!!

I have been watching this hornblower since l was a kid. I love this tv show as it was the program that made me want to start reading. I would love to see the epic story of hornblower reach its conclusion in the series.

It is a great show. There must be ways to find additional money for the production. Ask Netflix or Amazon or someone like that. And use digital models, if necessary even for some of the background extras.

Wouldn't it be great to continue such a phenomenal series of literature with an actor who ages with the character. The window of opportunity is only so wide. With the unreal engine allowing for fantastic, high quality and cheaper cgi In tv and film. Now is the time to bring back this fantastic show.

Come on Netflix, we all want to say, It's the Inde, again! Ioan Gruffud is old enough to play an Admiral now, and Robert Lindsay isn't getting any younger; plus we've had enough supernatural mini series to last a lifetime.

This was a favorite! I first read the Hornblower series when I was in my early teens. I was delighted to find the A&E series, but terribly disappointed to learn of its cancellation. Please have the decency to finish the series.
