Hooper City can no longer ignore this momentum because hundreds of you are fed up with our pathetic internet options. The people in charge keep dragging their feet but our growing pressure will force them to finally listen.

Please...for the love! We have the worst internet service options! They are way overpriced and we don’t get the best service. We are a city after all!
There has to be another option here. Comcast is charging me $300 a month for the speeds I need.

Hooper needs better ISP options; we definitely need Utopia. I'm tried of paying outrageous prices for such slow speeds.

Look at the way that West point structured their deal. The city has very minimal risk, and the cooperative carries the debt.
