It is a poor advertising con to get us to open an account with them, then offering us a £20 off £50 spend , in way of compensation, is just a way to make us use the accounts. Poor standards. They did exactly the same last year. And we're still actively advertising on Facebook. That is not an IT error. That is premeditated.

I think you will lose more money by not honouring the orders . Nobody hat has had orders cancelled will use your companies again
