I have visited the outpost that Billy was fatality wounded in a couple of years later.i was told of his the story of how it all unfolded that day and the bravery of billy and how he saved everyone on the post by his quick thinking and his professionalism to cary out his duty. Sadly Billy lost his life but his heroic actions that day saved his fellow comrades and truly deserves to be honoured with the highest award achievable. Our government don't understand the actions or sacrifice out fallen hero's have given in the service to peace or appreciate our fallen hero's have much respect for our fallen or their families that also made huge sacrifice.

Please show this man, his family and friends the dignity they deserve. Scandalous use of beaurocratic red tape to do the blindingly obvious right thing.
