To serve ones country in any way takes dedication, Pride and is indeed and honour.
To die while in the service of ones country is the ultimate sacrifice and should indeed be recognized with a fitting tribute, that award in a military sense should be awarded posthumously to Pte Kedian. Thank You for your service, may you Rest In Peace

It’s time to recognise the sacrifice and bravery of Billy and all other Irishman who gave their lives while serving their country. This should not be the remit of politicians or civil servants as they cannot comprehend the importance of the gesture as they have never served.
