Any mass communication student graduating with honors this Fall 2017 semester, will have to come back after graduation during Spring to attend their Honor’s Assembly. This is because there is only one Honors Assembly celebration per year, usually held in May, for both Mass Communication and the GAPP programs. So, since this doesn’t make any sense as the reason for this is having a “limited budget” and this defeats the purpose of a student being celebrated for their hard work before they actually graduate, there is the following proposal:

Hold an Honors Assembly this Fall 2017 semester for ONLY the honor-roll graduating Mass Communication Students (IMC, CMA, MJ), since apparently GAPP is mainly Master’s Degrees and based on the graduating list, almost, or nearly none of the programs under it have students graduating this Fall.
