Fantastic professor and essentially the spokesperson for the benefits of staying physically active throughout life (he practices what he preaches and is living proof that it works). Very deserving of an X ring!
Roy was one of the best profs I had during my BScHK at X! He's down to earth, and was extremely supportive during the 3 week strike we had during anatomy. If anyone embodies the spirit of StFX and deserves this honor, it is certainly Roy!
Roy was a huge inspiration for me to become a teacher - not only his love for teaching and biology but his kindness to his students - such a deserving person to receive a ring
BEST PROF EVER. He cares so much about all his students, take the time to see us do well. Takes the time to personally know each of our names EVERY year. Roy is a hard working prof that 100% is deserving of an X ring!
Roy always took the time to make sure we were able to enjoy our time here at St.FX and always ensured we understood! He took the time to ensure our voices were being heard in regards to changes to our nursing program! One of my favourite profs!

Roy is an incredible human being and has given so much to the St.F.X. community, especially Human Kinetics. No one deserves this as much as him!
