  1. We, the undersigned students, parents, and community members, respectfully request that this year’s graduation ceremony be held on the football field rather than indoors.

Due to the ongoing remodeling of the field, we understand that adjustments must be made. However, holding graduation on the field would allow for a more spacious, comfortable, and memorable experience for graduates and their families. Graduation is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and it deserves a setting that can safely accommodate all loved ones who wish to attend.

Hosting the ceremony outdoors on the field would:

  • Provide more seating capacity for families and guests
  • Create a more traditional and celebratory atmosphere
  • Allow better comfort and visibility for attendees
  • Ensure a special and meaningful send-off for the graduating class

We respectfully ask school administration to reconsider the current plan and explore options that would allow graduation to take place on the field despite the track renovations. With proper planning and safety considerations, we believe this can be accomplished successfully.

We appreciate your time, consideration, and commitment to making this graduation a memorable event for all students.
