In Bosnia, it is currently better and much easier to be a war criminal than a stray dog.It is better to be a killer, rapist, pedophile, abuser… Even if you are all this together, the corrupt levels of government will still treat you better and in a more humane way than a stray dog: poor, unprotected, abused and left in cold.
