Homework shouldn't be allowed. Home is your relaxing spot, your way to get away from school. You shouldn't have extra, or unfinished work to take home. The teacher may say it's because we were "goofing off", but usually it's because the teacher isn't in command (stopping us from slowing down the class), or they got us off topic. Nobody rules over what we do at our house except for the governing authority. In the way I see it, the school board is not of the government. We should not be punished with work the teacher gives us.
