The act was already past let our homeschool kids play sports at the public school system. Its their legal right!

When my son attended a catholic high school in NJ, he was on the local public high school’s robotics team. Should be a given as you pay school taxes. Cannot be denied!

Respectfully, it is unfortunate to encounter closed thinking in a day and age where inclusion has become a standing theme. I encourage you to reconsider the districts stance on this matter and become more inclusive for all of Middle Township residents. Thank you.

We allow students that go to other districts play on our teams that may not be offered at the school they attend. If they live in Middle, they pay the school taxes and should be allowed to participate in sports. Just because they are homeschooled, that shouldn’t matter. A family’s personal choice to homeschool their children is just that, personal choice. But they cannot offer the option of sports. Wouldn’t we want every child in our community to receive the same opportunities?

SHAMEFUL! I have owned property in Avalon for 25 years. I can't believe what I am reading. Do they also discriminate against disabled students. They are often better doing Homeschooling. And when they do play, the parents of those schools better show them kindness and respect
