Homer respect the Vote!

“Homer grows for Alaska” That is what the headline should read on all news papers. Colorado ran out of product during the first few days of opening! We here in Homer are in a unique position to fill that need for Alaska. Anchorage has extreme restriction on growing and manufacturing. Soldotna chickened out, wanting to see others do it first. I am not afraid to be the town that will supply the State and take in more tourist along with it. If Homer grows for Alaska our economy will boom. Licensees Following the state rules not adding more, there is no reason this could not happen.

We the undersigned call on the City Government of Homer Alaska, The zoning board, cannabis commission, and planning commission to immediately implement federal law 21 USC 860, section 841(a)(1) of this title or section 856 of this title. The state of Alaska minimum requirements for zoning with out adding any further restrictions, requirements, or language to those minimum requirements.

Following the state minimum zoning requirements we call on the City Government of Homer Alaska to immediately implement out-right use of all land with in the city limits of Homer, and under the control of the city of Homer for use of limited cannabis cultivation.
