This is an important resource to the residents of the Southside. It will be a terrible loss if you go and will force people to travel to other DIY shops at the outskirts of town. I hope you can fight this and stay at St Leonard's.

Homebase is a very valuable resource in this neighbourhood. Many of us do not drive and cannot get the things they sell anywhere else. Please don't leave us.

I use Homebase fairly regularly - 2 or 3 times per month on average - and have purchased all sorts of things there, from furniture and garden tools to tools and ironmongery. I would be very sorry to see it go.

There are still lots of resident who do not own cars and - when required (in my case quite often) - need to have access to DIY store.....without having to tale a day trip towards city's outskirts!
