We the underlined listed owners/managers who have listings of our vacation rental properties on HomeAway.com (HA) have banded together to present our issues of reduced inquiries for our properties. We believe there is a problem with the system as it is not working as designed. We have done test and had our friends and family perform inquiries from our listings on HA with no results as far as posting said inquiry to our listing's inquiry dashboard or producing an email of said inquiry to the email provided by us on our profile. We ask that you please review this and reply to all with the results of your findings. I myself have not seen an inquiry post to my listing since Jan. 2014.
