Beverly Lockhart will be facing sentencing in the near future. She has already spent seven months in the Pike County Detention Center for a nonviolent crime. Beverly has always been an outstanding citizen with honorable character. I am humbly requesting The Honorable Judge Thapar to please consider Beverly Lockhart's reputation, background and character in rendering his decision and to give her home incarceration as the final judgment.
