Hi,
I write a Substack column on mostly local issues. It's called The 7 & Beyond. I reported on this issue in November, and want to learn more now as the issue has appeared again.
Please contact me at [email protected].
Thanks - Steve Schneider
P.S. - I've asked a government official whether the state, county or city have conducted water quality tests at the canal. No answer yet.

In support of no pollution in the lake. A healthy environment leads to healthy plants, animals, and people.

This is unacceptable. Why hasn't this been reported to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency?

Terrible just terrible. The city just doesn’t care about us- allowing this to happen again!

This situation is on call for. We can’t enjoy our back yard any more , between the smell and the dead fish and the water being mercury must of the time. It’s fair to anyone that lives in the E-lake area. This happens all the time between the last 3 years. Something has to be done!!!!
