Hollyhills is faced with deciding whether to remove/replace or repair the Hollyhills pool. The Board of Directors feels they have the authority to make this decision for the homeowners. While the Bylaws states that the Board of Directors have a financial cap on decisions that will cost the homeowners over $5,000.00 It was posted in the hollyhillsowners website and newsletter that it would cost over $18,000 to $40,000 to remove the pool. We feel that this issue needs to be put to a vote of the membership via absentee votes. This petition is demanding the right of the homeowners/members to vote on this issue.
