For the past half-decade, the Butte Family YMCA has suffered from sporadic leadership that has kept the organization from reaching its full potential. After another short-term CEO quit, the YMCA is seeking a new leader. It is time for the National YMCA and local Board of Directors to give the title of CEO to the person who has been leading the organization through this time of turmoil, Holly McCamant. Her stable leadership is needed now more than ever to get the Y back on track.

We, the undersigned members of the Butte YMCA and members of the Butte Community hereby call on the National YMCA and local Board of Directors to fulfill their promise to their mission and to the Butte Community by making Holly McCamant the new CEO of the Butte Y.
