I think this would be a great thing for our children. This way we don't have to worry about them skating the streets of fort Lauderdale.

Fort Lauderdale resident.
Supporter of a park with more room to skateboard or cycle. The street traffic near galt mile makes this a difficult city to navigate as a skater. Especially with the narrow bike lanes and close proximity to the beach. There's not many safe locations to simply just skate

This would be a wonderful addition to the area. Already a nice park, but build a skate park, I'll be there everyday I can!!!!! Thanks for giving this opportunity to us!!!

My son skates constantly and there is literally nowhere safe for him to go. He is always getting kicked out of parking lots. Please build this!!

Finally someone said it. Getting tired of driving out to Tamarac just to get a decent session in. Would be awesome to have something right here in the city.
