The company doing the study and making recommendations should be excluded from any bid to manage paid parking for a minimum of 5 to 8 years.

My property is in the affected zone. As I see, there is no way this wouldn’t impact my accessibility to my home. There is absolutely no space for parking on either side of the our street without affecting our property or our neighbors.
