Hold Michigan Anti Cruelty Society responsible for theft and assault

The judge showed favoritism for the Anti-Cruelty group. This needs to be addressed by an Impartial judge!

This place needs to be held responsible for what they do. This needs to be investigated and videos are proof of what happened. They need to be held responsible for assault of a protester just like anyone else would be held responsible!!! They have no right assaulting protestors or anyone else!!!

How dare they put their hands on someone. And how dare the pos prosecuting attorney allow assault to be acceptable.

and to think this is a Non for Profit BUSINESS who has over 4 million in assets. and where are any of the pibbles or breeds alike that are "transferred" out of MACS or adopted within their own facility. you won't find it. its been a mirror for decades for the board of members and city of detroit people who want a status. lets not forget Ann Marie Rogers from NO place like Home rescue goes to their fundraisers as well. and we all know her kill track record. this stuff has got to stop, the place needs to be shut down, the incinerator needs to quit blowing black smoke from the bodies of animals they PTS there. and the dept of agriculture told them they cannot pick up strays, yet the black kill van still does. MACS thinks they are above the rules. and the board of members live in million dollar homes, a lap of luxery!!! the whole bunch needs to go. FIRST IT HAS TO GET SHUT DOWN. i think collusion as meaning who is putting money into the palms of others in the city. boggles even my mind , their time is coming for sure.

I think anti cruelty is out of control in many ways and think they are untouchable and do what they want!

MACS is a death chamber!!! The people running it are vile and do not look for the best for ALL animals. They lie cheat and steal. They are just completely without souls.

Hold MACS employees responsible and charge them with assault and theft. While you're at it, shut MACS down for good! They should also be charged with false advertising as they are definitely not "anti- cruelty", How many Pit Bulls do they put down a year? A day? Do they adopt out any? I have personally seen people from MACS slander those who disagree with their practices and even go so far as to protest outside one particular person's place of work. This is a good upstanding citizen, something MACS knows nothing about. This kill shelter should be shut down and the employees should absolutely be held responsible for assault and theft. We can and must do better than MACS.

S.T.O.P. killing animals! all of them! they all are beings, just like us, we're no better than Nazi's, thinking we have the right to kill animals.

There is enough evidence, I saw the video. Please do the right thing and make these people pay for the assault on this person and for stealing this poor dog. There should be a cruelty charge, also, because of the injury to this poor dog.

Just watch the video! How can their actions even be questioned as not being assalt?? Sounds like the prosecuting attorney has a vendetta against pitties, which is a shame. People in that position should never use their own personal agendas to make important decisions like not prosecuting someone for assalt!

They care only for their selves! They kill the intake so they don't have to spend money take care of them, therefore have more money for their selves!!!! People that make donations, have not clue!
