APS have dropped the ball time and time again from active shooter incidents to miscommunication from staff to students

This is absurd.

Consider the trauma felt by students, teachers, and parents during an event such as this!

The only way I knew something was going on was from the police helicopter loud speaker. I had to drive 2 miles to actually hear that my kid was in lockdown.

After students being scared for their lives students should be able to go home after dealing with all the stress and being lucky that nothing happened. If a situation like that ever happened it should’ve been a lockdown or should’ve had students leave the building.

My niece had bullies trying to fight her ,, your administration needs to handle this situation before some innocent child get hurt from these kids.

My daughter shows be a video at least twice a week with students fighting. I had to switch her classes, because a group of other students were harassing her. This last Friday, my daughter was brought home by a total stranger, and a security guard told me my son was at the church. After about 15 of trying to find him, I find out, he was in the school. What a disaster. Total chaos...

That situation was honestly traumatizing and the fact that it was so quickly brushed off was disgusting. We didn’t know whether the situation was real or not. Whether we’d start hearing gunshots and screaming and not know who it was. It felt real. And just because it wasn’t, it doesn’t erase the genuine fear that nearly every student felt that day and the fear that many will feel just going back to school.

Some new administrator was barking orders at kids after the lockdown was lifted yelling obscenities at them. This was a traumatic situation and the kids deserved kinder treatment.

I agree - this school is pretty violent.
