By signing this petition, I agree that the plan to remove the Hogan's Fountain Pavillion is inappropriate. I do not believe that removing this beloved landmark that adds so much character to the park is a good plan. The pavillion is a truly unique structure in Louisville and is appreciated by a great many people. There are many structures around the park system not initially in the original Olmstead plan and parking lots are one of them! Tearing down this treasured pavillion to put in a plain, rectangular structure and then tearing down the nearby basketball courts for parking is both disheartening and an unncessary expense.
