Occupant at 1500 Elrino St, Baltimore, MD 21224 has home filled with trash to the top of the windows on the first and second floors. Cannot get into upstairs because of said hoarding of misc items of trash. Rats, birds and squirrels are living in home. Affecting property value of neighborhood in a negative way. This petition is to show opposition from the neighborhhod to this hoarding issue and to get the City of Baltimore and the Health Department to take action regarding this person.
