To the Homeowners Association Board,

We, the undersigned residents of this community, respectfully request that the HOA remove the installed speed bumps within our neighborhood.

While we understand and support the goal of maintaining a safe environment for all residents, we believe the proposed speed bumps may create unintended issues, including:

  • Potential damage to vehicles
  • Increased traffic noise from braking and acceleration
  • Possible delays for emergency response vehicles
  • General inconvenience for residents and their children playing outside, visitors, and service vehicles
  • Deterioration of medical condition due to going over speed bumps multiple times a day

We respectfully ask the HOA Board to consider removing the speed bumps and gathering broader community input before making drastic changes like this. We also encourage exploring alternative traffic-calming solutions such as improved signage, speed awareness measures, or other methods that maintain safety while minimizing disruption to residents.

Our goal is to work cooperatively with the HOA to ensure our neighborhood remains safe, accessible, and comfortable for everyone.

By signing below, we request that the HOA remove the speed bumps and engage the community in further discussion in the future before proceeding.
