With the Coronavirus pandemic we as the homeowners of the Ten Trails community ask for HOA due forgiveness for this current quarter and the next.

With many people out of work and no community events for the HOA to allocate funds to we ask for this help in our time of need. We ask that you excuse these dues as the government is working on mortgage and rent forgiveness. This would help ease the financial burden on the community.

We also ask that you work with the builders to extend home warranties since the entering of homes to do work is not safe. If forgiveness is not possible we ask for a reduction or some type of assistance. Unemployment is backed up for months so this puts a big strain on those families trying to come up with their dues. Thank you.

Updates

March 24, 2020

I have been reading through the stories you are sharing about the financial strain on your families and I am truly overwhelmed by the weight of what we are all facing. This started as a way for me to voice my own worries but it has grown into something far more significant because of your involvement. I am still searching for the right person to talk to at the office and I will let you know as soon as I hear anything back.

March 24, 2020

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many neighbors have come together to support this request. It feels like we are finally being seen and that is entirely because of the community behind this effort.

I understand the cable portion however the funds to cover events and budget are not going to be used until this is resolved.

I have been out of work for almost 3 weeks per doctors orders. to some of us this is a VERY challenging financial situation not including our rents, car payments, insurance, food, bills, etc....please consider this! We have all committed to living here for a long period of time and have paid large amounts of money to call this place our home. I honestly don't think this is out of the question considering the pandemic state we as a nation are in right now.

It’s great to see our small community coming together in times like these. So glad we chose to move our family to Ten Trails!
