Tired of being told you can't fence your yard even though you have a dog? Tired of being told, WE ARE BUILDING A POOL? Tired of being sent letters about how your lawn is too long after you just treated it and are skipping a mow?
Well rejoice my friends lets put an end to this HOA as it is now!! I propose we elect our own governing bodies on the HOA and hold actual meetings where laws can be made there by US.
Remember that we will still all have to pitch in something to get the common areas mowed, and we might even get REAL snow removal!

Finally someone said it. Getting fined because my grass is an inch too high while they havent touched the common area weeds in months is a total joke.
Just moved in but already onboard.

so sick of these people telling me i cant have a privacy fence for my dogs. count me in.
