Today I meet the person who is handicap about 80% (both legs and left eye). His name is Kubresh Chandr S/O- Lt. Mr Bihari. He is from Village Nandrashi , Tahsil Batia Fatehpur District Barabanki. Uttar Pradesh. He leaves his village in 2000 after passing the high school exam from “Purv Madhyamik Vidhaly Ftehpur” with second division in 1999. He came to Lucknow in 2000 and from the day one he is searching for a job, but today 14 years have been passed and still he is jobless. He has written lot of applications to different government officers and Politicians. President of India , Samaj Vadi Party President , Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh , Sachiv Chief Minister and many others, but still he doesn't get any assistance.
