We the Medical Staff and Employees of Huntington Memorial Hospital feel that the hospital has made a mistake in its selection of Cerner Millennium as its Electronic Health Record system (EHR). Since its March 1 2014 adoption at HMH, Cerner Millennium has proven detrimental to caregiver communication and has had an adverse effect on quality of care and patient safety. We feel that it would be in the interest of patient safety, employee relations, and Hungtington Memorial Hospital's reputation for excellence to select a superior and safer EHR.
