It is costly. I want my child to be able to come home to Hong Kong. Majority of citizens will not break the law and leave home quarantine

This is more then just crazy and simply a violation of human rights and liberties. I can understand the government is trying to contain the spread of covid and keep HK safe but actions such as this prove that we are being governed by a mindless bunch of bureaucrats that maybe should all take a 3 week turn in quarantine to see what they are putting people thru including our #1 CL. No wonder HK citizens are not encouraged to have their vaccines as there seems to be absolute no benefit in taking it except for self protection. It would have been more cost effective to just station a few of our loved police to just stand guard to ensure no in/out for 3 weeks. We might as well all go out and live normal lives without a mask or social distancing as the both seem to mean nothing as all you need is one stupid neighbour to not follow these rules and you will end up paying the price of 3 weeks in hell anyway. Extremely saddened and afraid of our system.

Staying in isolation for 3 weeks is detrimental to health and mind.

This is crazy! Because of one person, all the residents of a building have to suffer! Kids miss there schools, people can have dietary and health issues that can cause anxiety and trauma!
This should not happen in HK! Totally unfair!

It makes no sense to move people who test negative when tracker bracelets work. At the most the building can be locked down
